Younger's Bar

Review: On Sunday July 20, 2014 I entered Younger's Bar with my significant other ([redacted]) approximately 10:45pm. I ordered two Budweisers and three Miller Genuine Drafts, it came to a total of $15.00, which is the required minimum when ordering via credit or debit card. I gave a $3.00 cash tip to their (new employee) bar-tender by the name of [redacted] and we left Younger's Bar after drinking our drinks. That Monday July 21st, 2014 I noticed my credit card was charged a total of $17.00 instead of $15.00. I phoned one of the owner's [redacted] and informed him this is the second time this has happened and he ask me to give her a break because she is new and he will give me a drink next time I come. I spoke with [redacted] face-to-face on Sunday July 27, 2014 and informed him, I saw the receipt and your bar-tender forged my signature, gave herself a $2.00 tip, and wrote card under the $2.00, but did not write a total on the receipt. I told him I was willing to let it go until I saw what [redacted] did on the receipt. I proceeded in the bar and let the bar-tender ([redacted]) know that I was aware of what she did and that I was not letting her get away with it.I also spoke the another owner [redacted] via text message and he stated he was disappointed in how I spoke with his bar-tender and I owed an apology, I did apologize and informed him I saw the receipt and [redacted] forged my name, gave herself a $2.00 tip, wrote card under the $2.00, but did not write the total. He barred me from his establishment and left it at that.I would like this issue addressed immediately before this continues. My credit will not let me dispute the transaction because the amount is under $20 to $25.00, which I disagree. I think I should be able to dispute "any" transaction regardless of the amount.Thank you and look forward to hearing from you soon,[redacted]###-###-####Desired Settlement: I would like their credit card machine investigated, reported, copy of my receipt, and I would also like a "full" refund.
