Have mercy on Jimmy
Great man showed up on time and protected us by wearing his mask. Thank you Jimmy for repairing our fridge when Moore Appliance left it broken

Dryer repair
Thank your great techs you sent out. They repaired my dryer the same day and I love it. Bless you Jimmy

God bless you also Mrs Spencer

Do not use this company. Terrible, unprofessional and incompetent. Misdiagnosed problem and charged me for return service call. Required money upfront to schedule actual repair with new door seal next day, but when I cancelled repair they refused to refund my $223 to replace seal. Charged $145 to clean coils on back of fridge. Still leaked water after cleaning. Another company realized it was actually a rusted out door under seal causing issue! Beware, they will rip you off and not refund!!!

We gave you your parts that wasn’t returnable. Don’t order non returnable items and expect us to keep them. Be smarter

YOUNG'S APPLIANCE HAD A YOUNG MAN, COME TO MY HOUSE, TO ACESS MY WASHER. THIS Y.A'S EMPLOYEE TOLD ME THAT MY WASHER WAS BROKEN,THIS WAS NOT TRUE.ON 11-10-15, I ENTERED A WARRANTY CONTRACT WITH CHOICE HOME WARRANTY . AFTER THE 30 DAY PERIOD, MY WASHER WAS MAKING A STANGE NOISE. I THEN, CALLED [redacted] ON 12-22-15. [redacted] THEN HAD A COMPANY BY THE NAME OF YOUNG'S APPLIANCE REPAIR COME TO MY HOUSE TO ACESS MY WASHING MACHINE. WHEN THE MAN FROM Y.A'S CAME TO MY HOUSE, HE CHARGED ME $60.00 DOLLARS BEFORE LOOKING AT MY WASHER. THE Y.A. WORKER LISTENED TO MY WASHER, AND TOLD ME THAT, THE VALVUE, IN MY WASHER WAS BAD, AND THAT HE WAS ONLY A TECH AND THE ACTUAL REPAIR WORKER WOULD HAVE THE FINAL DIAGNOSIS AS TO THE PROBLEM. HE THEN WROTE ME A RECEIPT AND LEFT MY HOUSE. THE FOLLOWING DAY, I RECIEVED A CALL FROM [redacted], TELLING ME THAT, THEY WOULD NOT BE FIXING MY WASHER BECAUSE, THE VALUVES IN THE HOUSE I LIVE IN WERE BAD, ACCORDING TO THE Y.A.'S EMPLOYEE. SO, THE Y.A.'S EMPLOYEE LIED TO ME AND [redacted], HE TOLD ME THE WASHER MACHINE VALVUE WAS BAD AND TOLD [redacted], THAT THE WATER VALVUES GOING TO THE MACHINE WERE BAD. NONE OF WHICH WERE TRUE. NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH MY WASHER AND AS OF THIS DATE, IT IS STILL WORKING FINE. I DISCONTINUED MY CONTRACT WITH [redacted] AND WAS REFUNDED MY MONEY. [redacted], INFORMED ME THAT, I WOULD HAVE TO CONTACT Y.A.'S FOR THE REFUND OF MY $60.00 BECAUSE THE MONEY WAS NOT GIVEN TO [redacted]. [redacted] HAS BEEN ORDERED TO REFUND CONSUMERS MONIES IN THE PAST BECAUSE OF THEIR PRACTICES. [redacted], AND Y.A.'S ARE BOTH SCAMING PEOPLE. I HAVE CALLED Y.A'S AND WRITEN THEM A LETTER IN REGARDS TO A REFUND, BUT HAVE GOTTEN NOTHING BACK FROM THEM. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS THAT THESE COMPANIES ARE SCAMING HARD WORKING AMERICANS OUT OF THEIR MONEY.Desired SettlementI WANT MY MONEY $60.00 REFUNDED.

I went on Home Adviser.com website and hire Young's Appliance repair to come repair my washer. I was kinda thrown back when the repairman arrived on friday 11th, 2015 in his personal vehicle, dressed out of character for someone doing repair work. I questioned this, but decided to let him look at my washer that needed to be repair. prior to hiring him, home advisor website had good things to say about this company. The young man came in, I stated whet problem I was having and that the main gasket around the door was shredded. I also stated that I had the washer maybe 8 years. It was the samsung front load WF328AAR /AAA. he stated all I needed was the gasket and all would be fine. I went on and ordered the gasket and had them install it. since I am not a appliance tech, I assumed he was the expert and all I needed was the gasket. he arrived the next day and installed the gasket, I paid the remaining balance and asked if that was going to fix it ? He stated yes!!! I informed him I was throwing a load in immediately, but he could not hang around, I want to make sure it was fixed prior to him leaving , but he assured me it was fixed. Not 30 minutes from him leaving, the washer imploded, I was so afriad that it was going to shoot out scrap metal, I just shut down the washer by circuit breaker. I call the company, but got voicemail, nobody never called me. I finall got someone when I call them again, and the person on the line acted as if I just want to throw good money after bad. the bottom line was the washer ws never fixed, they got 304.89 and the washer never made it through a half cycle. I was ripped off of my money, I had to wind up purchasing a new washer afterall. they will not refund any of my money. the tech even showed up without tools or help.Product_Or_Service: Samsung Front Load washerDesired SettlementI will pay for the gasket and the trip charge, since he did come out and it was installed, but the installation charge be refunded back to me, since his tech did not do his due diligence and make sure the washer was fixed prior to leaving my residence.Business Response On December 7, 2015 we received a job through Home Advisors for [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] requested for a technician to come out and replace the gasket on his washer. He was advised that it would be better to allow the technician to diagnose the unit than to assume it was the gasket causing the problem. Instead Mr. [redacted] insists that his unit needed only a new gasket and there was no reason to do anything else. Mr. [redacted] then purchased the part that he requested and our technician installed the part in front of Mr. [redacted]. Our technician then helped him place his stackable dryer back on top of his washer. Once everything was back in place the technician ran the washer through a cycle. Everything was working perfectly, Mr. [redacted] was very pleased and our technician went to his next job. We are willing to compromise. We will refund Mr. [redacted] $104.89 for his gasket.Consumer Response I accept their willingness to refund part of my money. I have nothing else to say on the matter, except when can I expect them to mail me my refund? I understand you cannot enforce or require them to do anything, but I will consider this business matter close upon receipt of my refund check.. thanks for your hard work...[redacted]Fayetteville, NC XXXXX(XXX) XXX-XXXXFinal Business Response Mr. [redacted] will receive his refund within 10 business days.

Truth be told you called us out to place on your door seal without allowing us to diagnose the unit. I, Mike, told you in advance we can put on the gasket you purchased but we’re not responsible if it doesn’t fix the issue because we only here to put on your gasket. You wanting to be cheap and not let the tech properly diagnose the unit cause you didn’t want to pay the service fee. Tell the world the truth not a lie please.
