Greetings, The following paperwork attached is the reply to the case claim ID number *** J*** ***. She had a lease with our property address *** *** *** *** *** ** *** from Jan-June The attached paperwork was sent to her on 9/30/As you review the
attached paperwork you will find the move out paperwork passed out in April 2016. Deposit report that was send times after updated water bill had to be paid and final notice before going to collectionsMs*** contacted our office on 9/29/asked about the charges on her report. I asked her to send me an email asking for explanation and documentation of charges and I would be happy to reply with documentation. I received her email on 9/30/the morning after she sent it after hours and I replied per the attached email and forms on that dateShe paid her balance on 10/4/as per the attached tenant ledgerOur office has closed this account as it is paid in fullAs for the reply about her personal attach on myself and/or our Youngstown Apts staff is untrue and fabricated. No one has ever entered into her unit unannounced or no notice to be attempted. As for the personal allegation that I or a staff member drank her "vodka" is uncalled for and ridiculous. On a personal note I don't drink and I'm a Children's Ministry pastor and have been for over years. Ms*** was always notified or a tempted via text message anytime I was showing her unit to try to re-rent her unit after she notified she was not staying. In fact I didn't start showing her unit until the other units like her unit in her building were already rented. I can't use just unit as a 'show' unit as our units are not cookie cutter which means they are not all alikeThe property sees this matter closedThank you for your review in this matterProperty Manager *** ***
