I am a first time home ownerI very recently purchased a home through this companyDuring the process I was in personal contact with the president of this company only two or three timesMost information was asked for by text, email, or told to my neighborImportant documents were given to non employees of this company to be left in my mail box ( never left in my mail box but given to my neighbor during late hours of the night)When our closing finally came, we were sent to a dilapidated building outside of the cityAfter entering the buisness, there were dirty dishes in a kitchen sink, mold and mildew in the room, etcWe were taken to a room with a woman we never meet before, to go over papersWe never saw the agent we went trough to purchase the home or the home owners at our closingDuring the process of signing papers another agent from a separate company stumbled upon our room and before she was directed to leave, she had corrected the woman explaining the documents to us multiple timesAt the end of this horrible event we were sent home with out copys of any documents we signed to go for our selvesI feel this entire experience was unprofessional and should never have to happen to anyone else
