Your Way Fumigation

I would not hire this company as my home was placed under serious risk during a recent routine fumigationTheir representative had assured me that my home and belongings would be safe; she stated “Your belongings are not worth more than my reputation.” The fumigation process was to take daysOn the 3rd day, when I returned to my home, I noticed all entry gates to the complex were left wide openI was appalled to find the key to my front door still attachedThe door itself along with my garage door were ajarThis meant the key was left there during the whole tenting and fumigation processPerturbed by the fact that my home had been vulnerable this whole time and upset at the disregard from Your Way Fumigation, I confronted the onsite supervisor who had previously assured me peace of mind per her reputationShe said she had seen me take the key to my home and leftI acknowledged I took the key but she did not know that was my home I took it from and therefore she assumed that it was mineThis means at any point anyone could have entered the complex and gone into any of the units and would not have been questioned per the previous assumption made the fumigation staffWith the keys remaining on the premises during the fumigation, anyone could have taken them and made duplicates without Your Way or the rightful owners knowingAs a result, my home and that of my neighbors have been exposed to the possibility of easy entry by burglarsMy complex had already been targeted by delinquencies including the break in and theft of a vehicle as recent as January As I expressed my irritation the onsite supervisor, one of her employees antagonized meHe insulted me with derogatory profanity, threatened me with physical harm, and even had to be restrained away from meAs I asked the supervisor for her name she ignored me and would not respond so I had to describe her physically to my association liaison at which point she claimed I was harassing herShe warned me not damage any of her equipment of which was scattered and being tossed all over the complex street and driveways by her own staffIt had rained heavily earlier in the day which would have been responsible for whatever damage they allegedI then began to research any links between burglary and fumigation and was shocked to find in Southern California cases of fumigation related burglaries in the past yearSome of these have been perpetrated by professionals who wear gas masks and gloves; some have also been made by fumigation company employees themselvesNow I feel like I have lost the safety and security in my own home thanks to the carelessness of this companyI would not recommend them by any means to anyone

I then began to research any links between burglary and fumigation and was shocked to find in Southern California 40 cases of fumigation related burglaries in the past year. Some of these have been perpetrated by professionals who wear gas masks and gloves; some have also been made by fumigation company employees themselves. Now I feel like I have lost the safety and security in my own home thanks to the carelessness of this company. I would not recommend them by any means to anyone.

Excellent company to do business with. They helped me to prepare for the fumigation, provided me with written documentation as to what I needed to do (a checklist). They were prompt on arrival for setup and take down. They were very professional all the way around. I would recommend them to you if your looking to get your home fumigated!
