If you are wondering where is your order, here is a through explanation from our team:We have wanting to ship out the YourBestDeal orders to you. The deal was that the initial money for this product was collected from you by YourBestDeals, who in return, was supposed to pass it on to NativNation.Unfortunately due to business circumstance from YourBestDeals, the payment for this deal is behind for more than 60-day. We repeatedly ask them to pay the money that is due. We have been very patient to work thru any difficulty YourBestDeals is going through, but still, we received no payment.Many of the items we fulfilled for YourBestDeals have shipped, but more than 2-month has passed, YourBestDeals has not issued a single payment to us.You can decide how to get your money back from them. 1) click “View Cart”

on the top right, make sure it is empty

2) go to: http://www.nativnation.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=0all-holderybd

3) select color/size,

make sure QTY says “1”

4) click “add to cart”

and go to “View Cart”

5) at Shopping Cart

page,input your voucher code in the “coupon box,” make sure there is no space

in front/after the code

6) click “apply,”

7) for payment option,

choose “PayPal” as shipping method, you do not need a PayPal account, just

click “don’t have a PayPal account” and pay as guest”

Our Company, YourBestDeals.com hears nothing whatsoever from the customer or the merchant for 13 days. We had no idea what had transpired thinking, however, that the merchant's email had solved the problem for the customer. Then on October 4th we receive the email below from the customer.

well I heard from native and apparently your company has not submitted the funds and they refused

to ship the item. Based on this information you have 24 hours to rectify the situation before I report you to the Revdex.com.

Please reply immediately today with your intention on how your company intends to proceed.

I will dispute over 20 dollars based on principle.

The very same day we issue a refund to the customer admonishing her that she had heard one side of a story, made immediate decisions that our company was at fault in the situation and demanded a refund in 24 hours or she would report us to the Revdex.com.we issued fund the same day, still this lady filed a complaint against us using the letter from the merchant as her grounds for complaint. Something that was unfounded and never checked out by the customer.

Very interesting thatyou took someone's side without hearing the full story. I guess that you are

unaware that we told this merchant that we had some real problems like you have

had with them delivering product to paid customers to the extent that we told

them we are going back to all customers and issuing a full refund since we do

not want to have those problems with our customers.

Anyway, be that itmay, I have just issued you a full refund. Please keep in mind though we have

just issued the credit it normally takes 3 to 4 banking days to go through the

banking system and end up crediting your credit card account.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 9753174, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, however, the response is ridiculous. It took this company 2 months and NO COMMUNICATION of ANY issues prior to my email from Nativ regarding status. I will never do business with this company again but will gladly be appreciative of the Revdex.com for assisting me in getting my money returned. This company had over 4 days to respond to my request on how they would rectify and chose not to email or call.

Thank you for your assistance and I feel this matter is sufficiently rectified.
