This company falsely advertised their product online and lied about the cost and membership. They also falsified my receipt.
I saw there add on facebook back in June 2020 and I read all the terms and conditions. What caught my eye was trying out the product for only the cost of shipping which was advertised as $6.95. I was also aware of the membership your locked into once you purchase unless you go back online or call to cancel it. I made a purchase of the serum for the price of shipping only which was $6.95 and then when I kept going it asked me if I wanted to purchase vitamins for the price of shipping only which was an additional 3 to 6$. I said yes to both of these. After purchasing I went back to my account and I canceled it. 2 weeks later I had a transition of 79$ debit my bank account and another 69$. I called Vibrance and was told my membership didn't cancel. However online did state it was canceled. I found it strange that I never received any email verifications even when I made my purchase of paying for shipping only! I disputed this with my bank after contacting the company advising them of how they falsely advertised and I was told it was completely all my fault yet they couldn't answer why I never recieved verification emails canceling or a receipts of purchase. This company lies and scams and how is it in america companies that lie and deceive the public are still in business? This company falsely sent a receipt to my bank yet I never received any receipt of purchase other than what their online website showed! I also saw conflicting information from the facebook website and going to there site through google. There are 2 different amounts specified and the terms and conditions are different! This is fraud at its finest and I will make sure to advise anyone seeking these products not to use your company because you lied and ripped me off!

Trial period doesn't exist, charge you 1wk after you receive. No confirmation email of purchase. Crooks!!!!!

False advertising
I was charged a $69.47 without consent the ad indicated an initial payment of
$6.97 + $1.97 s&h I called for a refund and
was denied the representative kept
tying to upsale the product that didn't
work I disclosed the hair serum had
taken my hair out and left bald spots
again she declined my request and quickly
cancelled all future shipments which
I didn't sign up for upon placing the
initial one time order.

Company advertised on Facebook, free sample of skin product, but has billed my bank account in the amount of $89.95.
I ordered a skin treatment on Facebook in Jan 2019 advertised as a FREE sample product. No order number was given. I provided my name and address, but did not give any billing information, yet my bank account was billed on 1/9/2019 for $89.95.

I attempted to call phone number on website, but was informed phone number was not in service.

I returned a product per company's instructions. It is now 12 days since the product was received by the company and I have not yet received my refund
Auto order charged to my bank account on 07-16-18 for $94.90; I called in early August to return the product for a refund - 833-208-0555, I talked to Heather; I received an return authorization number and returned the product via USPS priority mail; the returned product was delivered to the company on 08-11-18; I have called the company for the last 2 days and only get a voice mail message. I e-mailed the company at support@youthbodymind and the e-mail was bounced back as no good.
