The company has agreed to replace the faulty charger and they have my correct mailing address. It has been confirmed with them following the receipt of this email and their response. I am awaiting the part still, and the company stated it was sent via FedEx. I informed the company that I will notify them upon arrival of the part. If the part does not arrive in a timely manner then I choose the right to reopen this case.
