Leaving me with $18,000 worth of medical bills and a lot of pain and suffering. Zacher law firm came back to me at the end of the case and said that Traveler insurance would only pay not even $3,000 of the bill! And because the damage substaned to my vehicle was not enough to total my car "minimal damage". Chris Zacher refused to fight back. Immediately exceped defeat! On top of that his staff is VERY RUDE and unprofessional. They will push you for a 5 star rating right away before they've even started your case!
( Now I know why!) Justine Dudash a paralegal there, along with the other staff members will treat you like you are a nucince when you call with questions. Once you can actually get them on the phone. Then if they don't like your questions, they start talking over you and act like are creating a problem. Giving them a excuse to hang up the phone on you! End result I have withdrew my case and am currently working with a lawyer that is actually willing to help me get what I'm entitled to.
