On 1.27.14, you contacted our office to cancel your subscriptionAs a courtesy, the Zacks representative refunded the $monthly subscription for the three prior months - November, December and January

To Whom It Concerns:My internal investigation did not reveal that Mr*** was not receiving marketing emails from Zacks so I contacted Ben *** directly on 10/25/requesting that he forward samples of unwanted emails he has receivedMr*** forward an auto-generated email for a stock
ticker that was being trackedI was able to work with our customer service department to change his email preferences so he would not receive the portfolio tracker email any longerOn 10/28, I contacted Mr*** to let him know the issue was resolved and advise he could contact me directly if any other issues aroseThus, I consider this matter closedPlease advise if any additional steps are requiredThank you
