registered for the class in st. louis for july 4-7 and the company moved the live class to 8/14-8/17 but he no longer lives in st. louis

a complete refund since we did not change the date the company made the change...and the company does not have a live class where the student lives
Please see attached timeline of incident. Our company name is Zahn Associates Inc not Kenneth Zahn CFP. *** has invalid information in his complaint to Revdex.com. As you will see Paypal resolved the issue today after their investigation review process. For the records, Mr. still retains the course materials as they were never returned.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have not received the full credit from pay pal, in addition you told us not to return the course materials. If we sent the materials will you give us the full refund?
Mr. contacted ZAHN office again on Wed. 8/12/20 - please see timeline attached. Also attached is the email correspondence (2) with Mr. along with the *** correspondence he sent us (Dispute Status) stating he withdrew the dispute after the case was closed. PayPal closed this account on August 10th with his financial institution. Mr. needs to contact his financial institution to receive information on his dispute of the charge and their policy on a dispute. ZAHN does not have ***s dispute policies.
