Zankey & Associates

Review: On 8/16/2013 an agreement was made in writing by this business to complete work which included inscriptions and angels on my mother's headstone ([redacted]) which is located at [redacted] in [redacted]. This work order was paid in full $200 on the same day. I have been to the business several times since then and also called. Mr. Zankey just gives excuses about not having enough help. I went down again in April 29, 2016 again for the 2nd time took Mr. Zankey to the gravesite. He promised it would be done the next Friday. My friend who live around the corner sent me a picture of work still not complete. It was still not complete as of Saturday May 14, 2016. I again called his business and told him I was reporting him to the Revdex.com. He told me do what you have to do. A letter was sent to him requesting the return of my $200. There has been no reply. He has lied over and over and now will not return money for services not completed. He had a stack of other agreements in his hand when he gave me a copy of mine. He has my phone and address. When I called he read the phone number to me and asked me if it was correct. There is no excuse for this. I am requesting a refund in a money order as I can not trust him to send me a check that will not bounce.Desired Settlement: refund of my $200 in money order form from Zankey Memorials
