As per you request, I am sending an email to address the Customer Statement as written in ID ***, received by Zeecraft on November 13, 2015. I’ve addressed each issue as stated in the complaint belowOn August 3, Ms*** of *** *** *** (customer) placed an order
with Zeecraft for a *** *** ***. The estimated lead time of 6-weeks for this product is only a general estimate. At the time of all *** *** orders, the order process and delivery time is explained to each customer. Customers are also told that Zeecraft is only a distributor of the *** *** products, that no *** *** products are stocked by Zeecraft or any other distributors. *** *** Incdoes not even stock product, they make every item to orderAfter the initial email confirming Ms***’s order on August 3, 2015, the customer called and spoke to a Zeecraft representative several times to inquire about her order. All Zeecraft employees who answer telephones were and are well informed of the pending *** *** orders as there was a situation with the *** *** company. This customers order was no exception. No matter whom she spoke with, she would have been given the same information and order status. The *** ***, Incsituation was as follows: Over the summer, *** ***, Incmoved their production facility. During the move, all production ceased. The move took longer than expected which pushed back delivery dates of all orders 2-times the initial estimated delivery time of 6-weeks. Also during the move, *** ***, Incwould not reply to telephone messages or emails. With each telephone conversation, the customer was informed of the situation and told that she would be contacted when any new information was available. She was also given the option to cancel her order each time; an option she declinedNever once did the customer ask Zeecraft for a refund. Had the customer asked for a refund, Zeecraft would have complied with her request immediately. A cancellation of her order and a refund was issued immediately upon receipt of her Revdex.com complaint on November 13, 2015. This whole incident could have been avoided had the customer, at any time, expressed her unwillingness to wait past the original estimated ship date and had asked Zeecraft for resolution at that time.
