ZEL Countertops

I bought countertops from Zel countertop. I paid in full and proceced to the back to pick up my countertops and when they were loaded into my vehicle all of a sudden the lady from the front came to tell me there was an additional charge that was on a different invoice from my original one I was just in there 5 minutes ago to pay and I paid in full.They told me that I was notified and I was not. The charge was for being ordered from Winnipeg so it could be done faster which I was in no rush and didn't ask for it to be rushed. I felt this was very unprofessional and I was leaving disappointed and as I left no one said a word to me. It seems very shady and I put a review on there Facebook page which they deleted so I guess there customers opinions and satisfaction doesn't matter. Very disappointed as I want to support local companies but honest ones","neg-2

Was not impressed by their communication and workmanship. Installers said they would come at 5pm. Didn't show up till 730 and left at 11pm. I had old base cabinets that I wanted new countetops installed onto. There was a lot of broken base cabinets and hammer marks from the removal process. They didn't seem to care and took and had no interest in repairing them. They took some money off after a disagreement. I was a small fish fish and feel that because I didn't have a big contract they just wanted to 'get it done' . Also paid with visa and they charged me interest on top of the final price. Was not communicated to about that before hand as I had paid visa for the deposit. Installers were not aware of how to remove countertops and were very forceful resulting in damage. ","neg-1
