patients. Zeltiq does not control the treatment decisions of the physicians. Additionally, Zeltiq is not able to guarantee results or determine potential side effects for each patient. Disclosures regarding appropriate patients and potential outcomes and side effects are provided to the physician and are publically available, including on Zeltiq's website. Unfortunately, Zeltiq is unable to investigate this patient's case without more information from his physician.

This response from Zeltiq in no way address the poor behavior that was exhibited by two of their employees in Arizona and furthermore does not address any action taken with these employees. I attempted to contact the person from Zeltiq who called me but they neglect to return any phone calls. A complete lack of care by anyone at Zeltiq for patient satisfaction and customer service. I would like to see a form that was submitted for an adverse event with my case. I believe Zeltiq reps do not instruct their offices to fill these out to lessen the number of complaints to the FDA. Zeltiq does NOTHING against their employees who BULLY.
