Review: Vent covers and ducts not cleaned well. Employee urinated all over my toilet and did not flush.

Purchased service through Groupon. 2 employees one named [redacted] arrived and began taking off vent covers while the other set up the large vacuum. As they worked on each vent in the home, they ran the hose, approximately 3 inches in diameter up the vent duct from the wall or ceiling. After a couple of motions the hose was removed and a quick over was done on the vent covers. The hose had no attachment and it was very apparent there was no way the duct was thoroughly cleaned. I asked about how the main vent duct was cleaned and they stated they did not do this (not specified on the website or Groupon that they did not). Upon leaving, no receipt was provided as [redacted] said he forgot his receipt book at the previous job and I would be mailed one. Once they left I began checking the vent covers and discovered dust still remained on almost all of them. I then noticed my bathroom door was open. Once I walked inside I noticed one of the employees had urinated all over the toilet seat, the floor, and then failed to even flush what he did get in the bowl. The advertisement indicated a furnace or air conditioning check would be completed and this did not occur either. Finally, [redacted] had some of the worst body odor I have encountered in a long time. Based on the severity of it, I am unsure the last time he may have showered or conducted any personal hygiene. The smell was so bad it permeated my home hours after he left. This appointment took place at my residence in Rio Rancho New Mexico on 06/24/13 at approximately 1:45 pm Mountain. Once I discovered what had happened I contacted US Air Solutions at 1 (800) 264-3397 and spoke to a female representative to file a complaint. I explained the situation to her and she apologized and ensured a manager would contact me immediately. This call was placed at 2:14 pm and as of 3:43 pm I had not received a return call. I then contacted them again by telephone at the 800 number and was forced to leave a message. This appears to be a contract company in NM working for the parent company in AZ. No office was listed in NM which is why this is filed for AZ.Desired Settlement: I could have completed this myself in less time, less mess for me to clean up (vent covers and bathroom), and saved myself money. As a minimum, I would like my money back and an apology from the company. This has been the worst service I have ever paid for in my life.
