establishment *** with 90% of our clients giving us "stars" reviewsThe only discomfort that Some customers might encounter is having to wait longer than minutes for their service(s) during the busy weekendsIt is unfortunate that there is a Complaint(s) issued towards our establishment in which is questioning our high standard of Sanitation.About the Complaint:About months ago, one of our regular customers with the name of *** *** returned from one of her out of town trips and stopped at our establishmentShe explained that she visited our salon a week prior of her trip and received nails and feet servicesShe also explained that a few days after being serviced, she encountered pain in one of her thumbs and eventually got admitted to a medical facility*** *** did not know what happened and seek advices from our establishmentShe was not rude or upset about the situationWe also could not clearly give her an accurate explanation for her pain because we did not see any cut nor bruises.Zen Nails Studio is sincerely sorry for *** *** for the pain and discomfort she had encountered during her tripShe has been a frequent Customer of our establishment ever since our grand opening back in June of She is a very nice person and has always been satisfied with our servicesWe do not know what could have caused her thumb to swellDid she jammed her finger(s); did she removed one of her hang nails by herself and got an infection; did she accidentally cut herself during her trip; etcEverything was fine before she left our establishment for her out of town) trip.It is easy to remember *** *** because she is a frequent customer of ZEN Nails Studio for over months*** *** is also the only customer that have a(n) *** ** *** like Condition on her hands*** *** also have a lot of hangnails (more than our usual clients)We are deeply heart-broken that *** *** is implying that the swelling on her finger(s) is caused by services received at Zen Nails StudioThere are so many possibilities that could have OCCurred resulting in the Swelling of the finger(s)Unfortunately, she has been the only person that had ever made a complaint about our establishmentAccording to the Complaint letter, she never stated if she got cut on her nails and/or feet during the services at our establishment.Everyone at Zen Nails Studio wishes *** *** a quick and comfortable recoveryWe hope that this misunderstanding will resolve soonThank you again for assessing this matterThank you again for your time in reading this letter.Respectfully Submitted,Linh N***
