Instead of using the same people or doing all of the work himself, he works the best. He coordinates the process seamlessly, because he believes in active communication; both with his sub-contractors and his customers.
During my job, there was a mix-up with a supplier (not ***’s fault, the supplier delivered the wrong supplies) and he was able to work around the problem and still get the job done, ahead of schedule! I recommend Zerman Restoration for any roofing job; large or small, recovery from storm damage or simply when it is time for a new roof.
