MrTom Wyrick came within hours of my request for a quote on a Monday Very professional and informative We weren't going to get other quotes as he came recommended by another roofing company He said I would have a quote by the end of Tuesday Thursday came with no quote Left him a v/msg - no response Found Connie's e-mail and reached out to her Essentially said she would get me an answer Never heard from her again Finally got an e-mail From MrWyrick Saturday morning saying he would get me a quote by the end of the weekend No quote I sent one more e-mail asking for the courtesy of letting me know if he could indeed quote me or if I needed to look for another roofer No response Looking for another roofer

My experience with Connie and her crew was nothing but positive. She was by far the fastest to respond to my messages (it took me two weeks to nail down an appointment with another company), and offered the best warranty at a more than reasonable price (literally 40% less than the previously mentioned company). When I incurred some more damage prior to our replacement, she had someone en route within 30 mins to tarp/patch the area. In the end, our job was completed over a week sooner than originally quoted, they were done in 6-7 hours, and the only thing left behind was a little bit of shingle grit. I highly recommend these guys.
This company does business the old fashioned way, they are honest, care about the Customer, fair pricing,quality materials and good workmanship
