The only requirement was to pay all shipping and handling fee’s which came to a total amount of $ There was no mention in the email of a 14-day free trial period as you can read for yourself in the attached email No additional charges should have been made to my credit card When I initially contacted the company on 3-7-18, Customer Service Representative Kim first informed me of the additional shipment, however she told me that I was able to keep the product once I received it After speaking to a supervisor named George on 3-12-18, he instructed me to return the productI followed his instructions and the product was mailed on 3-16-via United States Postal Service My All Natural Solutions received the product on Monday, March 19, (See attached USPS receipt) My All Natural Solutions only credited my account on 3-12-for $ and the second and final credit was made on 3-20-for $ That comes to a total of $ (See attached credit card statement of credits made to my account) On March 13, 2018, I made a written request to My All Natural Solutions for a FULL REFUND for $ and to date, my card reflects a refund for $ These two unauthorized charges made in February and March caused my credit utilization rate to exceed 30% according to my Transunion, Equifax and Experian credit reportI have received a significant drop in credit score as a result of the actions of My All Natural Solutions This issue has not yet been resolved

I received the shipment of books, ( was suposed to be one) after the trial ended. From their mistake of sending me the whole collection, I have acrued -$220. The amount goes up daily. From one simple order of a trial book for a very small amount of money, I have to pay ovet $200. This has been terrible. I have no income. I am a full time student. If I get any kind of refund from filing on my school grants and loans, it will all dissapear into thin air. This is devistating to me. It is going to really hurt. I NEVER have money. This is my first bank account ever. I look like a fool. The exact day that I received these books, I called the company and told them about it. So, I do not see how it could be my fault for not contacting them before deadline. The last response on the pbone, they offered to pay $$60 and I get to keep the world's most expensive childrens books. That $made no difference on my bank acctas it wasnt the full amount taken, plus the bank charged me two days $plus a charge for every day that it stays in the negetive. I will be devistated to see all of that money go for nothing. It is their fault. they are the ones that sent the whole set, and charged me for them. Also, they sent them really late. I received them after the trial period cutoff. kind of like the meant to do soEither way, I do not feel that I should have to lose the money that I NEVER HAVE. If I dont get a refund and fast, I will have to close my acctthat is not a good way to try to establish some sort of relationship with a bank. Hello, As previously stated we have issued a full refund on the purchasing price of the FACE CREAM Mary Sadar ordered. As to the "books" she is referring to that is neither our company or our product/s.

The only requirement was to pay all shipping and handling fee’s which came to a total amount of $ 11.90.  There was no mention in the email of a 14-day free trial period as you can read for yourself in the attached email.  No additional charges should have been made to my credit card.  When I initially contacted the company on 3-7-18, Customer Service Representative Kim first informed me of the additional shipment, however she told me that I was able to keep the product once I received it.  After speaking to a supervisor named George on 3-12-18, he instructed me to return the product. Hello, The customer had purchased the 14 day trial of the product. The product was kept past the trial period so the customer incurred the purchase price for the product and continue their monthly subscription and received a second shipment. No product had been returned however refunds totaling...
