Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:First, the quote from the business "We are doing what she has requested in her desired settlement." was not trueI've originally requested for my full deposit in my complaint because of the long delay and aggressive responses.Second, the business has emailed me their statement explaining the final balance I should be receiving is $I've replied back their email but again got no responseThe statement charged me for utilities starting from April The utilities fee was on the same bill with each month rent and I've paid the utilities for April and rent for May on May 1st I'll need explanation/proof on why I am being charged on April utilities again.I have attached the statement received from the business, which did not follow a standard accounting journal or balance sheetHappy to learn if anything is misread here.? We had an abrupt change in accounting in the middle of July and change in management on August 1st This matter has been looked at but the lack of addressing it was an oversight that is being corrected We are doing what she has requested in her desired settlement

I've replied back their email but again got no response. The statement charged me for utilities starting from April 2017. The utilities fee was on the same bill with each month rent and I've paid the utilities for April and rent for May on May 1st 2017. I'll need explanation/proof on why I am being charged on April utilities again.I have attached the statement received from the business, which did not follow a standard accounting journal or balance sheet. Happy to learn if anything is misread here. New desired settlement: Investigate and provide an explanation & proof of the utility charges on this statement. Otherwise, refund.
