Nothing is for free
They've gained you're trust thru deception.
They taken information you've given to them and they are making money on all of that and spam bob's.
I'd say contact the consumer office at your capital and file a complaint, then take that fle number and contact the Feds and let them know what the issues are and relate you've also filed with the state.
Here's a tip.
If your going to a website look into your toolbar and see and make sure the address has Https at the beginning of the address.
This will ensure your at least heading to a safe website in appearance.
As far as the info you gave that was volunteered, but the deception to get the info is to be concerned about.
You have a case pursue it.
I would file a Class Action Lawsuit.
You would clean house with he amount of complaints and complaints it's.
Do it.

I am having the worse time getting this company to pay me my money they say up to five business day well its been business days now ans still no money if you decide to do surveys for them be careful they dont like giving cash out it seems

I keep getting e-mail from Zippy Loan every day. Numerous e-mails every single day. I have clicked on the unsuscribe button on every single e-mail they send and it does no good. They just keep sending me e-mail. I have NEVER contacted them in any way or solicited them for loans of any kind. For the last few days I have received 15+ emails from Zippyloan. I have tried to unsubscribe through the links at the end of the emails at least on 8 of those. I have also gone to Zippyloan.com website and tried to send an email to both [email protected] and [email protected] stating that I would like to unsubscribe, and both times received emails back saying that there was a failure and the mail did not go through. I only started this in the last couple of days because I really started to notice just how many emails I was getting daily, and now it has become a hassle. Yesterday, July 9, I received emails at 12:22am, 4:24am, 6:03am, 10:00am, 11:32am, 2:19pm, 3:01pm, 5:56pm, and 10:12pm. It feels that the more I unsubscribe, the more emails I get. I have never reached out to this company for their service nor signed up.Desired SettlementAt this time I want to be compensated for the time that I have spent having to unsubscribe from this barrage of emails. I got 14 emails from this company last night alone not including the multiple ones I get daily from them. I have unsubscribed multiple times, without the results I wanted. I want them to stop spamming my email account and waking me up several times a night with unimportant emails about being preapproved for a $15000 loan. If I wanted a loan from them I would have responded to the first email I received from them over a week ago. Gave them all my bank information, never received a call from the lenders "matched" with me.I went to ZippyLoans website earlier today, to see if I could apply for a small short-term loan to hold me over until payday. I shouldn't have even come near their website. I had to submit all of my information, including my SSN, my Drivers License number, and my bank account information. I had to wait a few minutes to be matched with a lender, but the lending company never even called. Now I've just sent ZippyLoans my banking information, and there's no telling what they'll do with it. I'm so afraid they'll do something like drain all my money from me as soon as I get paid.Desired SettlementI just want to know for sure that this business will not do anything fraudulent with my information.

I am being inundated with junk mail from this company, even after repeatedly unsubscribing.On a daily basis, I receive anywhere from 10 to 20+ e-mails from Zippyloan. I have REPEATEDLY unsubscribed using the 2 unsubscribe links provided at the bottom of the e-mails, however, the e-mails keep coming. This has been going on for MONTHS now and every time I open my e-mails, more show up. I did not sign up for these e-mails, I do not want these e-mails, and how convenient for them that there is no phone number to call to get my e-mail address removed!I want my e-mail address removed from this company immediately. This company deposited a fraudulent check into my account. I asked for a loan. was contacted by company and told I was approved.They had to deposit and test of 969 dollars cash. I was withdraw and send it back via money gram.They would then deposit loan amount into my account.They never deposited the loan amount. I was informed by my bank that they deposited a fraudulent Check. I had given them my account information.My account has been closed. They where gonna moneygram my loan to me
Zippy loan USA, is a scam, they said I was approved for a loan, they told me to go to Walmart and put 200 00 on a Walmart gift card, give the gift card number, then the where gonna moneygram my loan to me. They said that was to pay for the moneygram to be sent to me well they never did the stole my money, I called Walmart card service and told them what was going on. They are doing investigation. This time and all this stuff we as the whole world, and sm like that steal. I'm sure like everyone I'm hitting it hard do to Coronavirus.
