Ok here is what took place, everything she had said is a lieI have every email and text from hereThe holes in the floor is because her floors was rotted and I feel through the floor and cut my leg openI told here before that happend that her floors was bad and needed to be fix and she told me that she was not fixing them so I put a sheet of plywood down so her kid did not fall through and her try to blame meI have it right in the bid on replacing the front Windows and one big one in back they don't make that size I told her so I took one out and did make it biggerNever used a chainsaw in her house we took the windows out and had to use a saw to make the holes bigger but her house was already filled with dirt and dust to begin withShe did not say when my guys showed up to work she started yelling at them and swearing at them so bad made [redacted] start crying on the phone when she called me, then [redacted] called me and started to tell and scream at me on the phoneI did everything I could to fix a problem one of my guys did, I offered a discount on the work and when my guys showed up she was made because I was not there and kicked them out and off her land it got so bad we had to call the cops to come there on themIf she would of let my guys do the work it would of been finishedWe never touched the tooth brush and stuff it was under the sink when we started and have people that seen it thereSo yes I have filed a lawsuit against [redacted] and will come out that my company did everything we could to make her happySome people are just out to look for ways to get free stuff
