Review: Bed frame was purchased using credit card. I went to pick up the frame but they said "it isn't ready." So I called them to arrange for them to deliver it but they refused, then they hung up on me, and then blocked my calls. They won't give me a refund and they won't enable me to get the frame. In fact, they told me any further calls are grounds for harassment. I am puzzled. They have my money. They have my purchase. And that's the end of it. They are very rude and very puzzling. I heard their sales reps making lewd and anti-gay comments when they thought no one was around.Desired Settlement: I am not comfortable going to their store anymore and they refuse to deliver. They left the items on the curb and said "come pick it up," but I cannot load the items and I have no one to help me. I think a refund is in order. It absolutely boggles the mind their lack of professionalism.
