Service performed was not the same as detailed in the work proposal
The work proposal I received required roof tile to be removed and a membrane installed to correct the roof leakZoller Roofing employees came to my home and did not perform this workInstead the simply painted a latex product on my roof WITH OUT my consent or approvalLater that day the salesman, Sean, told me there wasn't enough room to remove tilesMy roof leaked TWICE since the original work and I've had different roofing co's tell me there was enough room to do the original work detailedThe only "compensation" given was a discount of $(from $700)I don't care about the discountI wanted my roof repaired properlyI attempted to discuss the scope of work with this salesman however he became very rude and defensive (for the second time)
