They did not get us approved, we went through our own bank. The tires had tread but were the original 2003 tires that everyone knows is unsafe to drive. We gave them a week to make the numerous repairs needed before we took possession. Repairs hadnt even been started when we got there even though they knew when we were going to pick it up. After waiting a full day they still were not completed and they could not get leveling jacks to work. They would not warranty the unit and we were afraid to take possession of it. We were told by [redacted] the owner, that he would refund deposit once RV sold. It sold and he refused to take our calls or refund the money. Surely, as a supposed business man, his word should mean something. We will accept nothing short of what he promised us. [redacted] got his money out of the RV so there's no reason he can't return our money.

should be here any day. We have been in constant contact with this buyer. And he not being very reasonable.
We have done everything in our power to get the title to him and resolve the issue. The top clearance lights where not working all the other Operating Running Lights where operating just like they should. We negotiated money off for the clearance lights not working. He had an option to stay the night and we could have fixed them in the morning. But he chose not to.. Thanks Mike

No I do not accept this response! Well I do partially accept the response. Only after I had to make contact with Zoomers did they attempt to get the title work completed as admitted by Michelle, the owners wife. They had 27 days to get the title work completed but apparantly chose not to do anything until I called.
In regards to the Clearance lights, the entire rear of the coach's clearance lights were not working, and three of the five clearance lights on the fromt were not working. Additionally, two of the clearance lights were not working on the side of the coach. I also discovered that the right front turn signal did not have a socket in the light housing, which of course means that the right turn signal was not working properly.
Mike thinks that I am being unreasonable! Not only did we have the safety issue with the clearance lights, but the only keys that were given to us upon delivery of the vehicle were (1) ignition key, and two keys that fit the hood for some locks that were replaced. I did make a complaint at the time and there were additional keys made from the ones that were initially given to me. There was NO basement door keys, there were no entry door keys, and there were no fuel door keys or water door keys given to me. I did call back to the dealership and asked that they provide those missing keys. Still waiting for those keys to be delivered!! By the way, after spending many hours on the internet and the phone I was able to acquire all of the neccessary keys.
Beyond this, on our trip home, which was by the way 120 miles, one of the basement doors would come up and act like a wing driving dow the highway. Apparantly this dealership did not have the foresight to at least take one of the door latches off another door to assure that none of the basement doors would fly up while driving. By the way I had to replace 10 basement door latches on the coach! There are other things that we have discovered since taking posession of the coach but I also realize that this coach was delivered "as is" with no warranty, but this is rediculous for a dealership to put a vehicle on the road in this condition. I'm being unreasonable? I don't think so!! To date I have spent over $1000.00 additional dollars to make right some of the problems with the coach as delivered. The most of those dollars were to replace the four 6 volt deep cycle batteries that the dealership removed from the coach and replaced with two 12 volt deep cycle batteries, which by the way were not new by any stretch of the imagination. Possibly the owner, Mike, might want to check out what his service department is up to!
Ok enough venting - sorry but I am just plain upset at the treatment that we received.

While not all of the issues I have against Zoomers have been addressed, the major one has been addressed and that is the title situation. I was informed that they somehow lost the original title and they had to request a new title from Tennessee where the unit was originally registered. I did receive a call from them two days ago and they stated that they should have the necessary paperwork to me in a week. I hope so since it has now been almost 7 weeks since we purchased the unit.

documentation stating that. Without Mr [redacted]'s Signature I can't cancel the warranty. The first time Mr [redacted] came into actually sign the cancellation request was yesterday 10/3.. The cancellation request has been sent to the warranty company when they send any refund check it will be forwarded to the lien holder.

I was Not told the deposit was not refundable. I have all of the documentation through text. In my documentation it does not say the deposit is Not refundable. This is just a way they keep people's money and not provide anything for it. We trusted this dealership to do the right thing and they still refuse to. I am not in thee habit of wiring strangers money but they gave me no reason to believe they were dishonest.
