Review: On 10/17/14 we paid in full the balance to ZRD Contracting for work that he was doing at our home. ZRD Contracting was to replace all existing landscape lighting bulbs to LED bulbs at the cost of $928.00. We have numerous text messages inquiring about when this work will be completed. [redacted] from ZRD Contracting has made excuses as to why the work has not been completed. He has also made numerous promises that the work was to be done. He has yet to show up to complete the work.Desired Settlement: ZRD Contracting should either refund my $928 or install the lights that he was paid for.
