Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Because when I bought the car, I had asked for everything that was wrong with it to be fixed, and when they said they did a safety on 1-15-16, the Mechanic when I brought by Suburban in said that he never inspected the car so he does not know what is all wrong with it so I reject that response because it was never looked at for anything that was wrong with it and he only fixed what the guy that sold me the car wrote down and I specifically stated that I wanted everything fixed because I'm going to be paying over 30,dollars for this car and I actually was going to trade this car in and the dodge dealer ship said it is worth nothing and I would owe them so they over charged me for the suburban, and I actually tried to get out of this contract as they sold it to me 1-25-which was a Friday after 6:00pm and when I tried to get out of the contract they told me that the bank has already approved my loan so it is my car and not there responsibility and they forced this upon me when I tried to get out of it because they knew that they over charged me and that the car was not worth as much as I bought it from them, and The wheel bearings was out of it and it locked up I paid for that fix out of pocket which is a dangerous hazard and should have been seen in a inspection but was not and there was an oil ban leak which I noticed on my first out of town trip which if they inspected the car like I asked them they would have seen it, but I took my trip in February and it blew out smoke from my car and I had not even had the suburban a month by that timeThey want me to take my car down there to not fix anything and probably mess it up because if they would had done that when I asked them I wouldn't be having problems but here I am not even had this car months and already having major issues and having to still pay a month for this car and altogether 32,and it doesn't even run while they sold me a used car over priced and not doing the necessary fixtures that was needed and as of today I'm still having mechanic issuesit may not be a new car but I'm sure paying the price for itI am the only one working in my household and I have children to take care of and these car issues are ridiculous the price i'm end up paying for it along with the mechanical issues are ridiculous if they cared they would have did there inspection and fixed them to me but they fixed what they wanted to fixed knowing that I will have to put more money in it as it has over 150,miles on itI feel they know they sold a car over priced knowing there was things wrong with it and sold it to the first sucker and guess what that person is me, having to pay on this and not having everything working properly and having to worry about if it is going to break down is ridiculousSincerely,*** ***

I have attached the time stamped screen capture of not only the date of purchase but also the LOF safety with a time stampit went to our shop for the initial safety on 01/15/at that time they replaced the front door lock solenoids as well*** bought the car days laterafter the
purchase we did the key-less entry remote, alternator belt fixed the speakers passenger seat control and the tensionerThe Suburban did come back and im not sure what the outcome was but the customer obviously took possession of the truck which would indicate satisfactionAs far as the warranty coverage goes depending on what level of coverage was purchased I would believe at the minimum the transmission should have some sort of coverage but I would have to see the paperwork to verifyShe bought a used vehicle and it is now months later, things tend to happen and break as they are usedfeel free to bring the truck down and we can evaluate it and help see what the warranty covers and what it would take to fix itused cars are sold as is in the state of Washington and we allow our customers the opportunity to test drive any car before purchase as well as allowing them to take the vehicle for their own pre sale inspectionA thorough test drive and mechanical inspection are the only ways to make sure the vehicle you are buying is in good mechanical condition, if you buy a vehicle as is and its defective you cannot expect the dealer to fix ithowever we will be more than happy to assist in any way that we can possibly do so, however the rude and negative comments left on our facebook which I have also included are not necessary and make it more difficult to want to help

Im sorry that [redacted] is having issues with the used vehicle she purchased from us almost a year ago. again I would like to offer some assistance with figuring out what her warranty would cover and wont it wont. other than that I really dont know what else I can do to further assist. at the time of the sale we sold it for almost three thousand dollars under the current market value at that time of both NADA and Kelly Blue Book. The vehicle may have not been inspected by the mechanic she spoke with but it was inspected as we have multiple mechanics in our service department. see the vehicle evaluation attached for pricing.

MR. [redacted] was not aggressively paired with any vehicle, he chose that vehicle after he had looked at mutliple vehicles. Mr. [redacted] said " I want to see what kind of deal you will work me on this car" in reference to the crow victoria he purchased. once he was inside Mr. [redacted] aggressively...

negotiated his car deal. he got the car for the price he wanted which was $2,000 less than what he was told we wanted for it. he asked about the mpg and we googled it and went over the mpg with him, he said it wasnt great but would work for him. half way thru signing the contract Mr. [redacted] again negotiated more and got what he asked for (2 tires)..Mr. [redacted] then provided a credit card along with ID signed the receipt etc....we went out front Mr. [redacted] took possession of his car and was happy with his purchase as he should be. the next day Mr. [redacted] comes in 10 minutes before the sales person Jeff did and Mr. [redacted] started with the lies, first he wanted us to take the car back because it didnt get good enough gas mileage, then he said it was because he was pressured into it and in front of 5 people he acknowledged he was treated great knew the mpg and was not pressured but the real reason was his father was unhappy that he did not consult with him before purchasing a vehicle.  Mr. [redacted] was told all sales are final and he threatened us with the attorney general and a lawyer. we kindly informed him that per the attorney generals website you can clearly see all sales are final in the state of washington. Mr. [redacted] then went out front took pictures of his car and said he was posting it on craigslist to sell it (yet another lie) as he went to pull out he was asked where are you going your car will be done with the tires in a couple minutes he said he would be back in a couple hours before he had to go to work. 10 minutes later Mr. [redacted]'s father called and voiced his displeasure with my town and how he was going to file a lawsuit against us and also had a rude attitude when he wasnt able to bully my town into doing what he said. he was also informed all sales are final. Mr. [redacted] then cancelled his credit card and said it was fraud, now the credit card company has a investigation open and we are providing them with a copy of the contract and the signed receipt. unfortunately some people don't respect rules regulations and laws. Mr. [redacted] seems to think that he can bully people and get his way. this is not acceptable and being a bully is frowned up on at my town motors.
