This is absolutely NOT a scamWe have an A+ rating with the Revdex.com for a reason and that's thousands and thousands of satisfied customersEvery business has complaints and customers that aren't 100% happy but we do our best to ensure that everyone is.I am unable to locate an account under the name of [redacted] Was there a partner involved that it could be under?

On 9/6/Ms [redacted] purchased a Real Estate Mentoring packageAt the time of purchase Ms [redacted] signed a contract agreeing to the cancellation/refund policyShe never attempted to cancel per the terms of the contractIn addition to her failure to cancel, Ms [redacted] utilized the servicesIf Ms [redacted] was so dissatisfied it begs the question of why we have never had a complaint from her in an entire year while utilizing our services.Due to the signed contract, failure to cancel per the terms of the contract and the fact that the services have been rendered, Ms [redacted] is not eligible for any type of refund

I would have no problem working out some sort of resolution with Mr [redacted] but we have previously received a complaint filed with his credit card companyOnce the complaint is filed we are required to respond accordingly and adhere to the decisions of the credit card companyWhile this complaint is open there can be no negotiations of a refund

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am unsatisfied with your response and am rejecting itI say your program is a scam because your presentation is a confidence game and it’s a quick way for you to make money in a short period of time, the definition of scam The only reason I paid for the 3-day seminar was because we were promised access to 100% financing, which is the BIGGEST issue to overcome in the flipping business I did not need days of the CONFIDENCE GAME, and that was all it was Lots of success stories to pump you upI was given a sheet with financing options on it, but the site was down at the time I tried to use it and I also goggled the financing site and it was not valid When I got the call to buy a program where I would have access to a mentor, I thought this might be exactly what we needed We were told we would have someone in our area, familiar with our market It was a TOTAL LIEBud M [redacted] was a very nice man, but he sat behind a desk and talked about the scripted subject for that call I watched a lot of videos and asked a lot of questions, but when it came to specific NC real estate questions, he did not know the answers “Google it” was the catch-all reply You could not just call your mentor, you had to email a person when then called you to schedule a callNot helpful at all I waited until my program was complete, or when my one year ended, I guess I was waiting to see if I would ever get another call from the people that took my money My husband is a disabled military veteran and together we wanted to have a go at this business and did not realize I could have paid $and just googled all the information If you have thousands of satisfied customers, you should not have a problem refunding my money and maybe requesting your satisfied customers write good reviews about your company because I could not find any and since you have all these You may offer guarantees with your programs but the stipulations are impossible to meet and there is too much fine print Sincerely, [redacted]

Ms [redacted] purchased a Platinum Real Estate package on 2/15/that inlcuded the following:Fast Start Day BootcampInvestor SummitMarketing CampFind the Money CampWealth Strategies CampOnline COursesOnline Resource CenterReal Estate Evaluation SoftwareBusiness Entity At the time of purchase Ms [redacted] signed a contract agreeing to the cancellation/refund policyMs [redacted] never attempted to cancel per the terms of the contractIn addition to Ms [redacted] never cancelling per the agreed upon terms, she utilized the services Ms [redacted] also states that we said Tarek and Christina would be at the eventNowhere on any of our marketing does it state the the [redacted] M***'s will be live and in person at any eventOur Marketing specifically refers to the training being conducted by the Success Path teamMs [redacted] also mentions fundingNever did we say that we would provide her fundingWe told her that we would assist her in FINDING the funding which is absolutely trueShe also mentions a MentorShe still has access to that MentorAlthough Ms [redacted] is not eligible for a refund, I will offer her a "Good Faith" gesture of $5,should she choose to accept

We have went ahead and refunded Mr [redacted] in the amount of $1,to settle this matterMr [redacted] will need to allow up to business days for the funds to reflect back in his account

We did receive notification from Amex that the dispute has been closedAmex closed the dispute in our favor meaning a refund of any type is not warranted

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This response from Zurixx is unacceptable and as in stated previously, does not address any of the items listed in my initial electronic correspondence sent to their office (as attached) dated July 26, The “Settlement Agreement” is a Utah document and is not conforming with California law, this is illegal, and the non-disparage clause is not conforming in CaliforniaI am in California where Zurixx sold products and servicesTherefore, in conducting business in California, Zurixx is NOT following the laws of this state I have several documents that “guarantee” a money back refund if the product/service don’t provide results I was told on numerous occasions that this was not an issueAnd now, they are trying to say something different and give excuses as to why not?! Again, I am seeking full reimbursement of $36,I will pursue all other legal avenues necessary and exhaust to the full extent the law permits, to see that reimbursement is met Sincerely, [redacted]
