Can not contact on warranty replacement issues I tried call the company to get warranty issues taken care of called the numbers listed on owners manual the number has been disconnected all other phone numbers voice mail boxes full and can not leave message. I purchased one of your water filters and now there's noone to be found. The company has no support and everything is gone.I cannot contact anyone from the company and there is no customer service support. I need replacement filters etc and can't find them anywhere. This issue needs to be resolved immediately!Desired SettlementI would like someone to contact me immediately and notify me of what I can do to get replacement filters! Otherwise I want a refund for my purchase of the water filter.

Zuvo strung me along for 1.5 years. Kept telling me they would get a working faucet that would not leak, but they never did. I would like to attach all the emails I have from their management. I have them but there's no way for me to attach them. Everytime they sent me a faucet it leaked. They never had a working faucet yet led me along believing they would get me one soon. It never happened.Desired Settlement300.00 refund for all my time and trouble and the price of the unit that I still have a credit card receipt for.Example:Hi [redacted], Per your request I'm summarizing my communications with Zuvo since purchasing this system last January 2014.It took a long time to finally get the Zuvo system that I had ordered. Then when I got it, I found it leaked in the unaccessable area on the butler faucet. So you sent me another one. It also leaked. As I needed something that was working, you sent the chrome butler faucet, with the agreement that when the oil-rubbed bronze faucet that I paid for was working,without leaking you would send that to me. I did return both of the leaky bronze faucets.What is happening with the oil rubbed faucets? Has your quality control group figured out why they leak? I prefer a faucet that that I can leave on and not have to hold on, as my water flows slowly through the Zuvo and my hand gets tired of holding the black lever down.Patiently waiting, it's been three months less than a year of my putting up with this inconvenience.Please have someone from Zuvo Contact me concerning this issue. Zuvo Water launched a campaign on [redacted] in January of 2013. It ended in March of 2013, the products estimated delivery date was June 2013. In the beginning updates were pretty regular, but as time went on the updates became lost. No information is being given to customers who would like there money back and the primary phone number has been disconnected. At this point I have went with another water filtration system and will be recommending others not to use Zuvo Water for anything.Product_Or_Service: Tri-Flow FaucetDesired SettlementI would like a full refund of my $449 contribution.

I purchased a replacement Water filter thru the Zuvo website last month. Every attempt to obtain info regarding my purchase, via email, phone calls, have all ended in dead ends.
