Review: I have an overpayment on my daughter's account in the amount of $24. 74. I have called this business 7 times since May 20th, 2014. I was told on May 20th, 2014 they were mailing the check and the I was told on 8/14/14 that the refund was started but not completed (but [redacted]. would take care of it and I should receive it in 6-8. I called on 10/23/14 left a message, called on 10/24/14 and spoke with [redacted] and [redacted], who told me the check was cut and issued 9/04/14 and it would take 6-8 weeks. I still haven't received the payment so I called on 1/08/15 and spoke with [redacted]. She said the check was issued 9/04/14 and she would transfer me to the account manager ([redacted]). However, when she transferred the call I simply got [redacted] voicemail.Desired Settlement: I want my refund in the amount of $24.74.
