Review: On or about January of 2015 me and [redacted] went to this repair shop requesting services to repair my vehicle a 2005 jaguar. We dealt with a person who goes by the name of [redacted] phone # ###-###-#### I asked him to as the problem with my car and to give me an estimate. I told him the master cylinder needed to be replaced, the wheel Barings needed to be replaced and my Abs needed to be checked as well as my front rotors. He told me the cost would be $1,100 which he was paid in cash and said a receipt would be giving after the work was completed. I left the car and two days later when I came to pick up my car it was not fixed and "[redacted]" said he needed to order a abs module and pump. 30 days later no part then I was told to bring the vehicle back. [redacted] claimed the module was replaced and the car still had brake issues. I told [redacted] I think it's the rotors and he said it was the sensors. After replacing the sensors the brakes were still not fixed [redacted] admitted it was the rotors that needed replaced. The vehicle was left at the shop on April * 2015. I attempted to contact mr. [redacted] for two weeks to no avail. On April ** 2015 I went to the shop to find out the status of my car and notice my car was parked on the street in front of [redacted]. in [redacted] and was issued a ticket for being illegally parked. I requested to see [redacted] and to retrieve my car keys and was told by a gentleman who said his name was [redacted] my keys could not be found, and [redacted] was out of the country and could not be contacted,I asked was the car fixed and no one had an answer. I asked for my receipt and it was told to me I had to wait to see [redacted] which no one knew of his return. I then called 911 and filed an informal complaint. Two officers from the 63 precinct came to the scene and spoke to the individuals running the shop who told the officers they did not know where my car keys was or when [redacted] would be back. I was then told by police officer Hussien to file an complaint with Revdex.com and Consumer affairs.Desired Settlement: I want vehicle returned to me fully repaired with a full receipt. I want the repair shop to pay for all tickets issued to my vehicle while in their possession. And that a full and complete investigation be conducted as to the business practices of this company Policies and procedures as they are not in compliance with state and federal regulations.
