Review: I had my daughter's 2nd Birthday pictures taken by Bella Grazia on 2 different dates - May 18th, 2013 and June 9th, 2013. The second session was due to my daughter not cooperating. I paid for my package in full with a personal check at the May 18th session. The check was cashed a few days later. The pictures were not available for me to view until July 25th, 2013. On August 5th, 2013, I sent my selection of pictures that I wanted prints of as part of my package to the photographer. I have since tried several times to get in touch with the photographer to find out the status of my order and she will not respond to me. I have been waiting more than 4 months at this point which is completely unacceptable. I would either like my pictures delivered as promised or a refund. I will obviously never use this studio again, nor will I recommend her to any of my friends.Desired Settlement: I would either like the money I paid refunded or I would like the pictures that I paid for.

At this time, I have been contacted by Bella Grazia Photography regarding complaint ID [redacted]. However I still have not yet received the photographs that I paid for or a refund. When asked when I would like to pick the pictures up, I was told that the times I chose did not work for her. Will update if photos are received.
