I'm sorry I haven't been able to respond to this email I have been off and on from the business for the last couple of weeks, my most sincere apologies; regarding the matter of this transaction, I have well enough investigated this situation, when the customer picked up merchandise...

I am rejecting this response because: First, the watch was not wrapped in bubble wrap, it was wrapped in kitchen plastic wrap. Second, if the person who took the watch initially didn't notice a scratch but the person who gave it back noticed it, obviously there was no scratches when I dropped the watch off. Lastly, an investigation consists of more than saying, "It's was wrapped in bubble wrap, so it's not our fault."
