Review: The product is defective and/or was improperly installed. Further, the company will not communicate me nor will they resolve the issue after repeated attempts by me. I can provide documentation of our correspondence below.
On 10/11/12 Black Dawg Sealcoat of Bucks County seal coated my driveway. I paid in full at the time of service.
On 1/21/13 I contacted [redacted] of Back Dawg Sealcoat Bucks County via email and informed him that in some areas the sealcoat did not adhere to the driveway. He responded via email and asked that I contact him in April and that he would "make it right"
On 4/19/13 I followed up with [redacted] via email. I got no response.
On 5/3/13 Again I followed up with [redacted] via email. Again no response.
On 5/28/13 I called Steve. He indicated that I was 'already on his list'. He informed me that they would be out on 6/11/13
On 6/11/13 I emailed [redacted] as inquired if they were still coming our as the evening prior we had rain. He responded and informed me that they were backed up and would be out the following week. He responded again informing me that I scheduled for 6/20/13. That date came and went and [redacted] never showed up nor did he contact me.
On 7/8/13 I Emailed [redacted] again and indicated that I had heard from him and asked when he would be coming out. He did not respond.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of $241.15 as I need to pay another company to come and resolve this.
