Guitar pedals have a lifetime warranty on repairs as stated on websiteThey have not repaired after having for a year & haven't returned any messages
I bought a White Pine Overdrive guitar pedal made by Blackeye Effects in I do not have the original receipt anymore, but it is a pedal made only by Blackeye Effects
In June of there were issues with the pedal not working like it should, so I filled out a repair form on their website since it said that their pedals have a lifetime warranty unless there are signs of abuse (which there were none)
I didn't get a response after a few days, so I emailed the contact email from the websiteStill didn't hear anything, so I messaged the page on Facebook*** messaged me back and told me to email him the info at ***@blackeyeeffects.comHe still didn't return my email and it took messages/emails over weeks for him to finally respond and send me a repair form to fill out with an address to ship the repair to:
