Review: I placed an order for some of their products on September 6th 2014, and I have still not received my order today(September 25th 2014)despite my credit card being charged. They sent me a tracking number on September 10th, but when I follow the tracking link it tells me a shipping label was made but no further actions were made. I attempted to make contact with them on September 17th via email as well as the online chat service the website provides and as of this point (September 25th 2014) I have no reply. Since Friday September 19th I have attempted to call via both numbers provided by the website several times within business hours and left several voicemails and again I have received no contact. If they cannot fulfil my order I expect my money back. If they couldn't fill my order they never should have completed my order or charged my account.Desired Settlement: I would preferably have my order fulfilled and my cost of shipping refunded. But I will settle for either my order fulfilled or a full refund.
