The customer at no time asked for a quote. This property was a rental property and the call to our office was to repair a set of...
faucets. The plumber was unable to get parts for the faucets and was unable to contact [redacted] to get permission to replace the faucets he informed the tenant of this . This call was a service call and was charged as such. The next day we received a call to replace the faucets supplied by owner this was done and also was a service call.
