I contacted the business in April 11, to get an estimate to repair my damaged wheels and tiresAfter corresponding by email and phone call that was sometimes erratic, I dropped off my damaged BBS wheels & tires along with the replacement tire on 4/19/to a person by the name of LeonThis person said that I was probably corresponding with a person by the name of David but Leon gave me a written estimate on the cost of the repair which he said he will start working on the next day, 4/20/ I have been following up on the progress of the repair either by email, phone calls, dropping by the shop during business hours, since I left my damaged items and the business have not returned any of all my emails,& calls since 4/20/And when I am at their shop to check on them or my items during business hours, there are no one answering the knocks on the door whatsoeverAnd I have also been going to their shop almost every day during business hours, which I may add is out of m
