Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. A generic clause does not excuse their "bait and switch" tactics. Clauses are signed with the assumption that a patient will receive a reasonable standard of care in the first visit. That did not happen in this case. I'm sure THEIR case notes state otherwise because they are one-sided. Also, being denied the right to speak to the "supervisor" in charge of making any financial decision is unacceptable.
