As you stated above our company provided Carpet Cleaning services for Mr*** on 12/1/at the time of service he was satisfiedWe were notified about a month later that he was not satisfied once the carpet driedBut this un-satisfaction was only in one roomWe immediately sent
out a technician to check out Mr***s complaint and also re-perform cleaning services to correct the complaint He did not allow the technician to clean the area because he stated that he has to give his tenants a two day notice We have reached out to Mr*** to schedule again to satisfy him and have not gotten a response until now We do not feel that we should refund a full purchase price because you were satisfied with the work at time of service and did not reach out until a month later We had no problem returning to re clean the area to satisfy you
