I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find the resolution is satisfactory to meHowever I stand by what I said when I said he called back to day was not coming back due to the "argument" and that he used no other tools besides the screwdriver in which he replaced the thermal fuse that had already been replaced twiceI appreciate the refund, but definitely think other people should be aware of his attitude/customers service skillsThe refund will be satisfactory as soon as I receive the checkIt was supposed to be placed on the mail 11/15-still have not received it
