From: Chris E [redacted] Sent: Thursday, November 10, 9:AM To: info Cc: Nate A***; Emilie S [redacted] Subject: Case ID# [redacted] To whom it may concern, We have received and reviewed the complaint dated on 10/26/We appreciate any feedback from our customers and prospective customersRegarding this specific experience, we had a scheduled Estimate with our "perspective customer" that was scheduled by our Office ManagerOur Estimator called to confirm the scheduled appointment minutes prior to the appointment and left a VoicemailThe call was returned by the "prospective customer" minutes prior to the scheduled appointment, at that time they were told we would be running behind since the appointment was not confirmedOnce our Estimator determined the distance and time of arrival he called the "prospective customer" back to let her know that it would be minutes before he could arrive and offered her to reschedule at another timeAt that time the "prospective customer" disconnected the callAn email was sent to the "prospective customer" apologizing for any confusion and explaining that we require an interior estimate to be confirmed as we have a large coverage area and high request of estimatesIn response we have received many hateful and accusations through texts and emails from this "prospective customer."
