I paid the diagnosis fee and was told he would locate part & call me backCalled days ago, he said he would callI have called all phone #'s on
the invoice today (7/1/17) and all recorders were full & could not accept messages

The owner made a service call on a Saturday with short notice and arrived within the specified time frame. My refrigerator became warm, though the freezer was cold, and after determining the fan worked, I called Express Applicance Repair expecting I would have to wait for service. However, I was delighted to be told I would receive a call back that afternoon to schedule an arrival time. By 7:30 that evening, my refrigerator was repaired and cooling. Who knew that new refrigerators have computer boards in them? I did not. Apparently it is not unusual for the boards to fail. [redacted], who made the repairs, was knowledgeable and experienced and did a great job for me. I highly recommend this repair service.
