Review: On april X XXXX I orderd a metallic Gray hood to fit my ford taurus. I gave GM auto Partz (spelled with a z) my credit card information to a salesman named [redacted] and a man named [redacted] who was handling accounts to pay for the item totaling $394.00. They removed that amount from my account on 4/4/2013. After that they gave me no shipping date. Would not accept phone calls or return them and would not answer e-mails to them to address the issue. The account was through pay pal and pay pal has found the transaction but it dosen't show up on statements. I have contacted Visa to try and get the entire amount they have apperantly stolen from me back. They seem unwilling to make good on this issue. They did not provide the part or servive they promised me!

I want the entire amount of $394.00 back. They have no right to with hold ten percent of the amount total for a cancelled order because they provided nothing in the way of an honest transaction
Review: I actually have two issues that I want to complain about. First I would like to complain about the customer service this business has provided to both my husband and myself. I have called customer service in regards to our warranty issue and each time we have spoken to someone they have been rude and have even hung up the phone on us while still speaking. We have also called and have requested a manager and they will put us on hold and then tell us each time that the manager is on the phone and will return our call later and hang up. We are still waiting for this managers call to this date and we have been dealing with this since 3/16/13.It is 4/5/13 and we are still waiting for our warranty document that states our part is covered for a full year. All we need is our warranty document but they have made this process very difficult and unpleasant. They are very rude & disrespectful! They no longer answer our phone calls if we want to get a hold of someone we have to call from a different number.
