This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a funeral home. My grandfather died and this organization handled his passing with absolutely no respect. All they wanted was to get it over with and get money. They overcharged by creating made up expenses (grossly taking advantage of my grieving grandmother). They made him up to look nothing like himself at the open casket. They were opening desks in drawers in private rooms of the church, just snooping around. They wouldn't let us bury my grandfather the same morning of the funeral even though they charged us for overtime. When the burial actually came, they told us we didn't have a vault when we did. And when we went to open the vault, it had mud and water in it, they hadn't even sealed it. The day of the burial, they were still digging the hole with the back hoe when we came for the service. Then.. They LEFT IT THERE while we were burying my grandfather. In the muddy vault. It was heart wrenching seeing how they disrespected his body, he deserved better than that. And my poor grandmother had to watch him be treated that way... Absolutely terrible.
