Review: I order a hat from this company 2/18/13. My credit card has been billed and the bill was paid but I have not received the merchandise that was order as of today.
I am also unable to contact anyone at this company by phone as every time I have tried to call it states their call box is full.
Description is [redacted] as well as the invoice number.
My customer ID was listed as [redacted].
The amount taken from my credit card was $33.35.Desired Settlement: I would either like my merchandise delivered or the amount of $33.35 credited back to my credit card.

I did receive the merchandise I ordered from History Shopping, Inc.
Review: I ordered on 9/28 from Navalshopping.com a Naval custom sweatshirt. I received an email confirming the order - Customer ID#[redacted], Order #[redacted].
No product has been received. My Credit card has been charged. Inquiry via Internet is not possible. Contact by telephone refers the customer to
a voice mail box which is full. Has this company gone out of business, yet still displays products on the internet?Desired Settlement: Delivery of order or reimbursement for credit card used.

I am rejecting this response because: Unable to contact the firm. Telephone lines not working. I am unble to contact via email. The "historyshopping.com" internet site is down. Although I sympathize with the lady on the loss of her husband, I don't think she will be able to resolve the situation. I have also contacted the credit card company about non receipt of merchandise. Thank you for your help.
