Hello,This client has already been offered a refund (even with us mailing a certified letter with a refund check enclosed on March 16) for the January installation referenced. In a very clearly written email on March 20, we told this client we are willing to refund the charges OR have an
insurance claim, but not both. In this same email, we provided policy information and told her we would cancel the currently-issued refund check because she indicated she was filing a claim. We then went on the tell her that if she changed her mind and would rather have the refund check re-issued to her (another certified letter), we would gladly do so (as we have already demonstrated a clear willingness to do so). After this March email in which we gave this client the option to ask for a refund or file an insurance claim, we did not hear anything word (phone, email, letter) until we received notification from Revdex.com concerning this complaint. The offer from our most recent email still stands, should the client clearly express to us their wishes. thanks,Justin
