I am rejecting this response because:The voice attributed to me was female; I am a man I was scheduled for a MRI I was in the MRI waiting room at I was in the main lobby of the hospital attempting to sign in (I was asked to be seated while another patient used the kiosk) in vicinity of The reply is both inaccurate and disingenuous.My arrival time is not of issueI arrive perpetually early because I am still substantially militarized Integris needs to direct their MRI staff that punctuality is important and appointments start on time But for the MRI staff missing the appointment, I would not have to return for the second appointment Accordingly, I must bill for my travel expenses at a rate of cents per mile from my home at: *** *** *** *** ** ***, round trip for a total of miles, for a monetary total of $ I absolutely stipulate to being angryany reasonable person would be in these circumstances Sincerely,

Thank you for the opportunity for allowing us to respond to a complaint submitted on 11/30/2017. We were able to confirm that [redacted]’s appointment for an MRI was scheduled on 11/30/2017 at 8:15 am. He was instructed to arrive at the hospital 30 minutes prior to his appointment for...
registration purposes. We have reviewed a recording of the telephone conversation confirming the 08:15 appointment with [redacted]’s voice and we also received confirmation of the appointment via text. We also reviewed security footage showing [redacted]’s arriving at the facility at 7:45 am and leaving the facility at 8:15 am. He complained to several employees the we had missed his appointment and when they tried to explain what time his appointment was he stormed off very angry. We feel we did everything within our control to provide quality care and service to [redacted], however we were not able to come to an amicable conclusion.
