Terrible customer service in Franklin, TN. We rent out our house and were up for a renewal on our termite service contract. My husband asked them to wait until he scheduled an appointment. When my husband did actually call a few weeks later to renew and pay, they said they had already sent someone and that his wife had confirmed the date/time. This was untrue as they did only had my husband's phone number. They had taken upon themselves to do everything through the renters. They never confirmed names or honored my husband's initial request to wait for his approval. When we spoke with them about this, the representative was uncaring. Her response to everything was "ok". She told us it was state and federal law that required them to enter the property. She was not apologetic or professional. She only said she hoped it would go better next year. We will not be using them again.
